Willie brings a decade of recruiting experience leading both agency & in-house delivery programs in the Silicon Valley. His background includes leadership roles at an acquired start-up, the international leader in HR Services, and the global leader in Healthcare. Before entering the staffing industry in 2015, Willie spent time as a professional athlete after graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
